This is an independent roleplay blog for Mara Jade of the Star Wars Expanded Universe. I do not claim ownership over this character. I will RP with any fandom.

Any icons that I use on this blog are mine. Please do not use/take them ; nor am I a resource blog! Please refrain from asking how I do certain things if we have not interacted.

I will gladly RP with original characters if the said oc has a sufficient backstory. However, I don't RP with oc children, or oc siblings of Natasha.

I am highly selective, and will only RP/interact with those whom I follow, who also follow me. Please do not try to approach me with plotting/interacting if I don't follow you. This includes the sending of memes, replying to open starters, ooc interactions, liking starter calls of any kind, and so on. Any messages from non-mutuals regarding the previous will be deleted.

Writing and RPing is an outlet for me, and a place and time that is meant for and set aside for me. I've had bad experiences with people on here, and I'd like to keep my comfort, as well as other people's comfort ideal. I'm not open to interacting with everybody, sometimes regardless of a mutual follow. If I'm interested in keeping up a relationship with someone, I talk to said person as much as I can (depending on how well I'm received). If they seem disinterested, I back off, and move on with my life, because I respect their privacy and space, and don't want to intrude on their comfort. I expect the same from others. Please respect my privacy and my boundaries.

I am presently not open to shipping, as I don't particularly find it comfortable with Mara, considering both her orientation, background, and later marriage to Luke Skywalker.

1928 (Age 0) -- Natalia Alianovna Romanova is born, December 20th *(estimated)
1930 (Age 2) -- Natalia’s home is burned, family killed. Natalia is taken in by Ivan Petrovich Bezukhov.
1936 (Age 8) -- Natalia is taken in by the KGB to be trained as an agent, serving the Soviet Union.
1944 (Age 16) -- Natalia becomes pregnant with the child of Nikolai Orlov, whom she informally marries in the midst of a battle during World War II.
1946 (Age 18) -- Natalia begins training under Department X/The Red Room, with James Barnes/The Winter Soldier as her trainer. She undergoes several experiments involving both her body and mind to solidify her loyalty to Russia.
1949 (Age 21) -- Natalia is given the variant serum of the one given to Steve Rogers. Her aging is drastically slowed to roughly 1 year every 17 years that pass.
1957 (Age 29) -- Natalia/Natasha marries Alexei Shostakov, a union that is primarily arranged by the state, though willingly followed through by both parties.
1963 (Age 35) -- Alexei Shostakov supposedly dies in a rocket launch test, strengthening Natasha’s loyalty to the Soviet Union, and zeal against the West.
1966 (Age 38) -- Natasha’s loyalty to Russia begins to wane after being assigned questionable assignments against The West; soon after, she defects alongside her former trainer and now lover James Barnes, beginning work as a free-lance spy/assassin.
1971 (Age 43) -- Natasha begins operating part-time for Nick Fury of SHIELD, though continues her free-lance work, as well as beginning to work as a vigilante.
1970s-80s (Ages 42-61) -- Natasha affiliates herself with the likes of Daredevil, Spider-man, Hercules, and other vigilantes. During this time, she becomes the leader of The Champions, based in San Francisco.
1998 (Age 70) -- Natasha is captured and brainwashed by Leonid Novokov. SHIELD manages to restore all memories, save for those of James Barnes, which have been permanently erased. Natasha continues work for SHIELD exclusively.
2010 (Age 82) -- Natasha is assigned to operate under the Avengers Initiative, and begins shadowing at Stark Industries.
2012 (Age 84) -- Natasha is given the official title of Avenger, before fighting in the Battle of Manhattan.
2014 (Age 86) -- SHIELD falls, and the head of HYDRA with it. Natasha’s files and records are all released to the media, forcing her into hiding. She drops off the grid, and works for about a year to re-situate herself in the world of espionage with new covers: Nancy Smith, and Laura Ross. During that time, however, Natasha comes across an organization called CHAOS, and decides to follow the breadcrumbs she finds to figure out more.
2015 (Age 87) -- The Avengers are re-assembled to eradicate remaining HYDRA operatives and bases. The Battle over Sokovia ensues, and Natasha becomes co-leader of the Avengers alongside Steve Rogers. SHIELD also returns, and so does she as an agent, re-assuming her Level 9 clearance.
2016 (Age 88) -- Civil War, To Be Continued...
